I have over 10 years experience in the landscape industry designing and installing outdoor projects throughout the US and another 7 years experience working for companies providing products for outdoor living. I work with homeowners, landscapers and garden centers to create beautiful and functional designs. My passion for landscaping and outdoor living started when I began working part-time in college for my brother in Indianapolis doing anything from landscape maintenance projects to new landscaping, irrigation and hardscape installs.
After college, I ran a landscape & irrigation company for over 6 years. It is here that I learned the importance of the customers’ experience and how very dependent their level of satisfaction is with the overall product. Knowing this helped me to stay focused on actively listening to my customers and understanding the space they are trying to create. Being able to pull together a design from my customers thoughts and inspiration, and to hear “Wow, this is exactly what we wanted!” is beyond exciting!
I love working outdoors, so much so, that I have functioned two offices outside…one al fresco and the other under a covered patio. So, it pleases me when I am able to encourage my customers through a design to do more outdoor living too!
